Let’s celebrate our young talents!

Music is much more than just an art form: it is a powerful driver of personal, social and cultural development. At Concerts Lachine, we have made this belief our mission through the programme ‘Small streams make great rivers’. This project enables young people in Lachine to discover the joy of learning music, build their confidence and flourish within their community.

After months of practice and passion, our young artists are ready to share the fruits of their labour. We invite you to a day of musical celebration to discover these young artists and experience unforgettable moments.

A musical event in two parts

You will have the pleasure of hearing choirs, small ensembles and instruments from COVIQ Duff-Court, as well as from Paul-Jarry, Très-Saint-Sacrement, Martin-Bélanger and students going to Dalbé-Viau secondary school.

Under the guidance of our dedicated teachers, Camilo Marìn, Ivette Burgois, Margaryta Osypchuk and Jennifer YM Lee, these young performers will present a varied repertoire showcasing choral singing, the ukulele and the guitar. This is a wonderful opportunity to discover the cultural vibrancy of our community and to proudly support this free music education project, which is active in both our schools and our neighbourhoods.
